    Outstanding Service Through Cooperation
    The state’s 33 federate public library systems provide a unique framework for providing outstanding service to citizens. Each federated system consists of 2 or more independent public libraries which have joined together. The libraries agree to share services and resources and to efficiently provide library service to entire counties.
